The e-Signature for a party needs to be reset
If a party has to redo their e-Signature for reasons such as it being incomplete, incorrect or unclear, the mediator can reset the signature for the specific party.
Click on Edit > Reset Signatures > Select the party name > Agree to the disclaimer.
This will automatically reset the e-Signature for the party. All you have to do is notify the party that they can resign the e-Signature.
